House Rules
Binding rules for the use of the twofoursix Studios premises

Right to control the premises
Management exercises the right to control the premises and may appoint a representative when absent. Authorised representatives may ask visitors to provide identification or proof of authorisation at any time.
1. Responsibility of renters
Renters are responsible for the room and equipment they hire, for the guests they bring, and for treating all shared areas, including corridors, foyer, kitchen and sanitary facilities, with care.
2. Illegal drugs, cannabis and alcohol
- Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited throughout the studio complex.
- Alcohol may be consumed in reasonable quantities.
3. Smoking
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in all studios, the stairwell and the lift.
- Smoking is permitted only in designated shared areas.
4. No overnight stays
Staying overnight anywhere in the complex is not permitted.
5. Privacy
Studio doors must be kept closed so other people can work without interruption.
6. Conduct and non-discrimination
All renters and visitors must be treated with respect. Anyone who insults or harasses others, or uses or damages another person's property without permission, may be removed immediately. Discrimination of any kind, including racism, sexism and homophobia, is not tolerated.
7. No violence
All forms of violence, whether physical, psychological, verbal, sexual or digital, are strictly prohibited. A breach will result in legal consequences and exclusion from the premises.
8. Theft
All theft will be reported to the police and prosecuted.
9. Order and cleanliness
After each use, rubbish, returnable containers and other waste must be removed the same day. Cleaning materials are provided for work surfaces. Renters are also liable for the conduct of their guests. A flat cleaning fee of €200 is charged for breaches of these rules.
10. Damage
Any damage to equipment, technology, furniture or the building must be reported immediately and paid for.
11. Securing the building
The last person to leave twofoursix Studios must ensure that all doors and windows are locked and that all lights and heating are switched off.
Important
Entering the studio complex constitutes acceptance of these House Rules. Breaches may lead to immediate removal, a temporary or permanent ban from the premises, and legal consequences. Management reserves the right to take further action in individual cases.
